Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases from the ALV online shop. Please read them before confirming your order; you can save or print them from this page. This English version is a courtesy translation: the Italian text prevails.

1. Seller

2. Products

A5 planners (148 × 210 mm) with hardcovers illustrated by Anna Lucia Valeri, available with a lined, blank, dotted or dated inside. Cover images faithfully reproduce the drawings; small colour differences due to screens or printing are not defects. World editions are limited and numbered by hand, while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and are final prices (VAT included). Shipping costs are shown on the Shipping page and in the summary before you confirm.

4. How the contract is concluded

1. Choose your planners and inside and add them to the cart; in the cart you can change quantities and insides or remove items.
2. At checkout enter your shipping details: you can correct them until you send the order.
3. Accept these terms, read the privacy policy and confirm.

If you send your order by email, it is a non-binding request: we reply with a confirmation email containing the summary and payment instructions (bank transfer or payment link), and the contract is concluded when you pay. Before sending the email you can also edit its text.

In every case we email you an order confirmation with the summary and a link to these terms. We keep order data for 10 years and send you a copy on request. The contract can be concluded in Italian or English; in case of differences the Italian text prevails. If a planner is no longer available we'll let you know and, if you have already paid, refund you within 14 days.

5. Payment

If you pay by bank transfer or with the payment link given in the confirmation email, the order ships once we receive the amount.

6. Delivery

We ship to Italy. We prepare your parcel within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation and delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days; in any case we deliver within 30 days of the order. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason (arts. 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code). To do so, send us a clear statement at [email di contatto], for example using the form below. You must send the planners back within 14 days of your statement; return costs are paid by you. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your statement, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you prove you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Details are on the Returns page.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (arts. 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code) for defects that appear within 24 months of delivery. You are entitled, at your choice, to repair or replacement free of charge and, where the law provides, to a price reduction or termination of the contract (art. 135-bis). To use it, contact us.

9. Personal data

We process your data only to handle your order, as explained in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and complaints

Italian law applies. For any issue write to [email di contatto]: we'll reply as soon as possible. The consumer's right to sue before the court of their place of residence or domicile and to use the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided for by the Consumer Code remains unaffected.
