Returns and withdrawal

If the planner isn't for you, you have 14 days to change your mind.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person you designated, received the planner (art. 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

How to return

1. Tell us your decision with a clear statement sent to [email di contatto], with your order code and the planners you wish to return. You can use the withdrawal form in the terms of sale, but you don't have to.
2. Send the planners back within 14 days of your statement to: [Indirizzo della sede, CAP, città]. If you can, use the original packaging.
3. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your statement, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the planners, or proof that you have sent them back, before refunding.

Costs and condition

Return shipping costs are paid by you. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the planner (for example pages already written on).

Faulty products

If a planner shows a lack of conformity you are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee: write to us and we'll apply the remedies set out in the terms of sale, at no cost to you.
